1. Access to Your Records/Citizen Health Services

Summary: Citizen Health provides technology Services (referred to in these Terms of Service as the “Service” or “Services” depending on the context). The Services enable you to: collect your health records and information through the HIPAA right of access and, through the Services, organize, use, and understand the data, and share the data when you choose.
